onPhase interview questions

Received unscheduled phone call, actually a few of them, but the lady on phone was pleasant so i kept conversation going. They sent, basic programming c# exercise (beginner level), then 2 personality/behavior tests. Then group interview. with basic programming questions. Finally she called and said that team and ceo very much liked, and invited to fly in get to know the company and even sailing for a few days. Then the lady called again and started asking very personal questions, family kids, etc. Ok. as soon as said that my kids are a priority, and hour later received generic "thank you for you interest"....... whoa. Just stay away from them
