Sorry, just saw this. Like I wrote, you don't have to say anything. I was beyond shocked by the lack of questions, however, after working there, not so much anymore. I was foolish that I ignored that. They were desperate for ppl. Seven employees in seven months left. Short staffed, little to no training, horrible gossip problem, favortism, discrimination, retaliation if you complain wrong doing, verbal threats & harrassment. So much stress and was not worth it. Being a CNA, you're faced with aged individual who still have an "old School" mentality. I have been called racial slurs, and still needed to provide excellent service to them. Less

I can't remember but I do remember all questions had to be answered exactly alike with the same points they wanted you to emphasize, no matter what question they throw at you. Make sure you address key point everything asked as they are writing it down. On paper is how they remember you. Less

There shouldn’t be any time for gossip, while working time is valuable and to discuss anything outside of work related issues isn’t acceptable. Less
