First step was over Skype with an HR-manager covering the basics like personal background and goals of the job search. Around 15 minutes.
Second step was at the office with some of the leading tech managers. Upon arrival I got a paper describing a task: How I would make a copy of a well known website from scratch, and 10 minutes alone to prepare. After personal introductions we discussed the task - problems to solve, time estimations, technology choices and one case of whiteboard coding. Was more like a collaborative workshop than an q/a-interview. Relevant and well prepared.
I was then invited again to meet one more manager and some from the team. They decided to make the offer on the spot, and we set salary and starting date.
Overall the recruiting process was focused and quick, gave a good first impression of the company.
