Interviewer was easy going, got the job on spot as per my previous retail experience, must be confident and ensure you tailor your resume to their values as they will ask about this.

Interview
The process as a whole took roughly 4-6 weeks. This included 2 interviews, reference check and a contract signing. The first interview was with the store manager, and the second interview was with 2 people from head office, who had worked for the company for years. All 3 women were very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease. There was quite a time lag with them getting back to me, which made me send a few follow up emails (and lead me to believe I hadn't got the job!) But all in all a good process.
