Good, went in for in person interview they asked about experience in retail/stock rooms, what I would do in certain situations, what my knowledge of high street retailers and competition, as well as fashion for shoes, also understanding of the stock room role and how it differs from shop floor positions.

The company decided to utilise a group interview, perhaps to see how those who were attending worked under pressure and in a team environment and to test communication skills between the group
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at schuh (Glasgow, Scotland) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview was held in the office with the store manager, lasting 15 to 20 minutes. It was a one-on-one discussion rather than a group interview, focusing on my qualifications and experiences. The interview process was friendly and easy. They were supposed to call back within 1 week but no contact since the interview.
