I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at slice
Interview
The process was relatively very smooth.
All the details about various rounds was provided beforehand.
First round was HR call. Second round was a coding assignment for testing backend engineering skills.
Final round was a Zoom call (3-4 Hrs) wherein you are expected to explain your thought process and the decisions you made for completing the assignments. You need to justify what you did and why you did. Then the interviewer gave some edge cases to implement while on the call. There were questions on system design, choice of database, data structures and also and a live coding round at the end. The assignment is also tested against large number of concurrent requests on call itself to ensure the code is robust.
After that there was a final HR round for culture fitment and negotiations.
