I had only the first phone interview for 30 minutes. no technical questions were asked. Questions about experience, history etc. At the end of the interview i was promised to be given feedback no matter how the application proceeds. I got rejected after 2 days citing some generic boilerplate rejection message. After having tried for over a month and phone calls (3-4 emails asking for feedback), I finally got a reply stating the feedback. The only reason I got rejected was because a candidate/candidates were already in the final stages of interview before my interview date.
