Interview
I applied online and interviewed with HR member as a beginning. After that technical members wanted to send a demo project and i sent all materials for the solution in a week (You should solve problem with very basic approach and classic ways so they can understand). I got interviewed on Skype with 3 members who ask business critical questions and many things about solution one-by-one (call quality and accent were bad). You need to explain everything like a teacher in this session.

I had applied through stack overflow.First there was a technical and HR interview.Then they sent me a task to do.Then we had F2F interview where I had to give demo of the task and answer few technical and behavioral questions.Overall the Process was smooth.HR team also helps with Relocation for the selected candidates.
