During the interview, the team showed a genuine interest in my career aspirations and long-term growth. They asked insightful questions about my future plans, demonstrating their commitment to supporting my professional development. It was evident that they prioritize fostering a nurturing environment where employees can thrive and achieve their goals. Their genuine concern for my career trajectory was truly refreshing and left a lasting impression.
Went through a recruiter, and started with a 30min phone call to assess your resume, meet with hiring manager (your direct manager) and talked about the culture and fit, pitch the product with the deck and then last would be with senior management (the ceo)

Question 1
How would you describe yourself, how would your coworkers view you
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at sticky.io in Feb 2022
Interview
The team is small so HR wasn't involved at all. The hiring manager reached out to me directly to schedule the interview. After the first round I did an interview with a second member of the team. I got the impression that the manager had already selected me since the second interview was mostly just to ensure cultural fit rather than ask any real interview questions.

Question 1
Most of the interview the hiring manager was trying to sell me on why to work for sticky.io, there were only 3-5 generic interview questions and none were difficult. What attracted you to this role? What do you know about sticky.io?
