Very Easy interview, feels like a normal convo, lasted about 10 mins. The hiring manager was very friendly. It'd be important to know the company's mission and values. I love this store and the interview.
When I interviewed at Sweetgreen, it was a relaxed and straightforward process. The manager asked about my past experience, how I handle feedback, and why I was interested in the job. They also wanted to know how I work in a team and deal with busy shifts.
