The interviews themselves where fine but there are long waiting periods between rounds. Problem solving/coding round and quant questions where not hard. Final Interview was a presentation of a business case about quant finance. I retracted my application after having heard nothing from them for 3 weeks after my final round interview. To me it seems that their recruitment process is really badly organized and I take it from the rest of the reviews, so is the whole company.
