I applied through university. I interviewed at teyamé (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
Great , the panel was extremely friendly . They made sure I felt welcomed and they calmed my nerves . Here’s a clear and simple description of the interview process you can use:
⸻
Interview Process Overview
The interview process usually starts after you submit your application and meet the minimum requirements.
1. Application Screening
The company reviews your CV to check your qualifications, skills, and experience.
2. Shortlisting
Candidates who meet the requirements are shortlisted and contacted for the next step.
3. Initial Interview
This may be a phone, virtual, or in-person interview. Questions usually focus on your background, skills, and motivation.
4. Assessment (If Applicable)
Some companies may require psychometric tests, case studies, or technical assessments.
5. Panel or Final Interview
You may meet with a panel or senior managers. They assess your competencies, cultural fit, and problem-solving ability.
6. Reference Checks
The employer may contact your references to verify your information.
7. Offer & Onboarding
If successful, you receive a job offer and begin the onboarding process.
⸻
If you’d like, I can also tailor this specifically for a supply chain graduate role, since I know you’ve been applying for those.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at teyamé (Madrid) in Feb 2024
Interview
Correctísimo y con mucha educación. Éramos 15 personas en una sala. Las chicas de rrhh se veían profesionales. Recomendable 100%.
