Interview
The process was very smooth and everyone was very helpful.
All the interviews were very focused towards understanding my capabilities. Every single question was carefully crafted to assets soft and hard skills while keeping a relaxed feeling. I had plenty of opportunities as a candidate to ask questions and I received answers in a very open way.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in Mar 2024
Interview
Very balanced, A couple of tough questions but in general, very relaxed atmosphere. The people interviewing me were very nice and knew when to be business and when to be casual. That eased the interview process, as it became more like a dialogue. And you could feel when you needed to turn it on.

Question 1
How I lead from a general perspective and how that is applied in my daily.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Enfield, CT) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process was welcoming, not intimidating, and a great get to know you on both ends. Everyone was upfront about the timeline on when to expect to hear back, which is always great and helps keep you out of limbo. Regardless of how long or short, knowing a timeline puts one at ease. I put easy as the next answer, because of how the interviewers presented the mood and tone of the interview.
