Online meeting with the LEGO teams and a bunch of applicants. This led to a more private chat with the team, and a pair programming test. Afterwards, various follow-up talks that they booked, and some that I booked to ask questions.

Questions relating to unit testing and relating to the programming task (these will be different for each applicant).
one round of HR (around lego, your experience just normail stuffs), take home assignment - code exercise , discussion around the assignement, then team fit with three people, overrall it's good, but no offer.

Short interviews. Focused on cultural fit. Tests related to ability to perform job description and personality, and peer interviews to get to see if you would work well with those people

Interview
Half an hour interview with a very nice recuiter (that was engineer previously, so we could go into deeper disscations).
Then technical interview where we discussed my background. Again nice people with positive attitude.
Then home task that I've been told should take no more than 8 hours :), tbh, I consider to quit the process :o
Then last interview is the toughest one, where I presented my presentation on the solution of the home task, and was being questioned about it.
All along the way all the people I met were very nice, with positive attitude.
