I was skeptical on someone elses experience but having been through the interview process myself I was massively disappointed by the sheer lack of professionalism.
Having both Engineering Managers promising me feedback and the results of my interview they instead just went completely silent and not even respond to my follow up emails.
The whole "we care about your interview experience" is such a sham
one round of HR (around lego, your experience just normail stuffs), take home assignment - code exercise , discussion around the assignement, then team fit with three people, overrall it's good, but no offer.

Interview
Short interviews. Focused on cultural fit. Tests related to ability to perform job description and personality, and peer interviews to get to see if you would work well with those people
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Feb 2025
Interview
Half an hour interview with a very nice recuiter (that was engineer previously, so we could go into deeper disscations).
Then technical interview where we discussed my background. Again nice people with positive attitude.
Then home task that I've been told should take no more than 8 hours :), tbh, I consider to quit the process :o
Then last interview is the toughest one, where I presented my presentation on the solution of the home task, and was being questioned about it.
All along the way all the people I met were very nice, with positive attitude.
