I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
A three stage interview process spread across around 3 weeks isn't always the greatest, potentially a take home test could've fit the bill a little better, but in hindsight they were very thorough and didn't ask me for too much across the whole process.

Question 1
What experience do you have in dealing with stakeholders?
The process begins with submitting an application, after which qualified candidates are contacted and invited to attend an in-person interview conducted at the specific store location where the final hiring decision will ultimately be made
When I had my interview the process started with an initial call with recruiter, then call with Engineering Manager where you get a take home project, then another call to discuss decisions made in your take project and finally a behavioural.

Interview
Booring . As a former Lego employee (part time), if the interview calls for it, be sure to bring up your passion for the brand. Themes you like, how you build, a set you desire. Most of your time will be wandering the sales floor answering questions and interacting with customers. I guarantee the manager is looking for someone who knows the stuff on the shelves and is personally invested in it.
