I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Jan 2023
Interview
Two sessions of interviews. First quite informal talking about experiences and how to handle different situations at work. Second one you have to present a case that you need to solve at home.

Question 1
The Case was mostly about handling APIs and modelling them in a way to match the specifications. No database installation or communication was needed. The only issue is their expected time to resolve the case is way less than reality. So set aside an entire weekend, two complete days or more for it. It seems that they are not really expecting to resolve all the parts of the case but I did anyway.
one round of HR (around lego, your experience just normail stuffs), take home assignment - code exercise , discussion around the assignement, then team fit with three people, overrall it's good, but no offer.

Interview
Short interviews. Focused on cultural fit. Tests related to ability to perform job description and personality, and peer interviews to get to see if you would work well with those people
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Feb 2025
Interview
Half an hour interview with a very nice recuiter (that was engineer previously, so we could go into deeper disscations).
Then technical interview where we discussed my background. Again nice people with positive attitude.
Then home task that I've been told should take no more than 8 hours :), tbh, I consider to quit the process :o
Then last interview is the toughest one, where I presented my presentation on the solution of the home task, and was being questioned about it.
All along the way all the people I met were very nice, with positive attitude.
