I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Singapore) in Nov 2022
Interview
The process was very well orchestrated, communication happened via both phone call and email. My first interview with HR was 1 hour long, it was a comfortable conversation with questions that explored the depth of my experience and my general working style. I didn't make it past the second interview (case study presentation), which was not a surprise as the hiring manager had hinted at this during the call and provided constructive feedback. Overall a smooth and enjoyable process which demonstrated Lego's high standards of operation.
