It was very robust process that took 4 weeks only. It was solid due to perfect coordination between talent manager and hiring one. I had a chance to have quick one to one with hiring manager to see if the role profile was something that will cover my skills and interests as the role is very specific covering various aspects in LEGO. Then I was put into the process with many stakeholders for few interviews including conclusion on business case that I had to present my approach towards. I really appreciated dynamic and in-depth conversion with hiring manager. I decided to accept the offer thanks to his approach after 12 years in other company with very successful track record.
