      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Tempe, AZ) in Dec 2024

      Interview

Clear and well organized. There was plenty of time to answer questions, have follow up discussions without feeling rushed or pressured to answer quickly. Had a great interview setting where it was very welcoming!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What would my peers say about me if I was not in the room when they were asked?

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Enfield, CT) in Jun 2023

      Interview

3 phase process - preliminary interview with recruiter, second interview with department leadership, third interview in case study format with higher ups. This is for a temporary seasonal role and felt very thorough for a short term assignment, due to a large change management component.

      Question 1

How this role plays into my overall career goals.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in Jun 2022

      Interview

From HR to the head of the department, it is a very thorough process that allows you to get an idea of exactly what type of candidate they are looking for. Overall I wish it was a bit quicker, but don't we all!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Mostly situational to the position and open-ended to personal interpretation. Mainly based on your own leadership style.
