The process was pretty straight forward. I was asked to create a mock up game in Scratch and asked which languages you were proficient in. Interview was mostly behavioral because you will be working with kids and need to be sociable and outgoing.

Easy zoom interview with the general manager of the establishment. Talked about goals and experience tutoring. Talked about past experiences and coding abilities/knowledge. We then discuss day to day duties and determined if this is what I was interested in.

Zoom call, spoke to the manager, asked me questions about my relevant experience. I was a college freshman at the time. It was a pleasant experience even though I was nervous.
The interview process consisted of one interview at the site. I was provided with an overview of the code instructor role within the organization. They asked about my philosophy on teaching coding and how I would approach conveying complex concepts. After this interview, I got a call back the next day.
