I applied online. I interviewed at theITSupportCenter (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
First theres a phone interview, more like a screening. The recruiter asked you a few questions. If you make it past the phone screening, you are emailed a link for you to record yourself answering three questions. If you make it past the video recording, you are given a link to take a cognitive assessment, like a IQ test which has a time allowance of 12 minutes. You are also required to take a 30 question exam regarding I.T related things ,hardware, software troubleshooting questions and general it knowledge questions.
So far I've had a short phone interview where they asked if I've work with Active Directory before and what is a vpn. The I had a recorded video interview where I was asked to introduce myself, name a time where I've dealt with a difficult situation at work and what skills did I use, and what are the first 3 steps I would take if someone called saying there screen is blank. A few days later I got an email to take a couple of assessments before meeting with management.

why do I feel I would be the best fir for this position
What a laughably unprofessional interview process, Scheduled a 1 on 1 meeting with management and waited in the zoom lobby for over an hour just for them to never show, don't waste your time with a company that could care less about yours.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at theITSupportCenter (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
