In person interview for a role within the Think Money group but the recruitment team was Ocean. Extremely informal interview, more of a chat - seemed to end the interview on a positive note. Was told I'd receive feedback the following week but heard nothing. Chased for feedback multiple times afterwards and was ghosted. Felt the least I deserved was to be acknowledged after putting time and effort into preparing and going into the office for an hour-long interview. Left a bad taste in the end.
