2 rounds of interviews, first with the manager and then with the regional manager. Both were very casual but professional. You can tell that company culture and ability to fit in with the team is very important to them.

The interview process was good and thorough. They mainly look for someone who is driven and genuinely wants to grow as a person and salesman. You don't have to be the smartest person, but you do have to have good interpersonal skills.

I was told to be at the office at a certain time. 45 minutes before the interview i was asked if i could meet at a local restaurant. The entire office showed up for the "interview". It was very uncomfortable and i was not expecting it.
