Quite an extensive interview process for an bachelor level internship in a scaleup. First with the head of people & culture and then later a consulting level case interview with the co-founder/ceo. Which I was not told before the actual case interview took place.

I had to do a McKinsey-style case where I had to calculate the Net Present Value (NPV) of some power plants operating at different efficiencies.
