I had an excellent experience going through the interview process with vCom. You will really get to know them and know if it is a good fit. They are just friendly, straightforward and live by their core values of transparency, vulnerability and authenticity. After I have built relationships with them and gotten to learn vCom’s product during the process, I have realized that this is exactly where I want to be! The sales pitch presentation is challenging but it also is rewarding. While it may be intimidating to pitch their product to them as a candidate, I also learned vCom’s product best this way for the long run.
