Interview
Process did take about 2 months to complete, but communication was fantastic and the team was very flexible with their schedules. Process was a screening call, PI assessment (Very Informative), Hiring Manager, and a few of their peers to check for technical and cultural fit. Very happy to have accepted an offer.

Most were getting to know you questions instead of the STAR style of question. You can tell they interviewed for a purpose, not just checking a box.
