The zoom interview took about 30 minutes and afterward I was invited to their offices for a second technical interview
The team was very straightforward and gave a clear descriptions of the pros and cons. They expect a lot of honesty in the answers. Recruitment process begins with internal role validation, followed by targeted LinkedIn outreach, AI-driven resume screening, two structured interviews, a skills assessment, and a final executive approval before hiring.
All interviews were conducted on location with tested mostly technical skills and working in a team.
