Interview Process:
I recently interviewed for the Business Development Manager position at viAct.ai. The process began with a call from HR.
Initial Contact:
During the initial call, HR assured me that the role was within the budget.
First Round:
The first round was a face-to-face interview with both HR and the Line Manager. During this interview, they expressed that they did not expect to offer a high salary for this role and asked me to consider reducing my salary expectations. This contradicted the initial information provided by HR and made me feel misled.
Experience:
The experience was disappointing. The HR team did not appear professional, asking me to bring all my job reference letters and academic certificates but not even looking at them during the interview. This felt like a waste of my time and effort.
