      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Škoda (Mladá Boleslav) in May 2019

      Interview

From my perspective, the entire process seemed to be quite adequate. Initially, there were just two rounds of interviews that I had to undergo. The first interview was conducted with the supervisor, which provided an overview of the expectations and responsibilities. The second round was with the team members, which I believe was designed to assess how well I'd integrate with the existing dynamics and contribute to the collective goals. Since I already had prior experience in this line of work, the transition into the role was smooth. The onboarding and training phase was rather brief as I was already familiar with the job requirements, which facilitated a swift acclimatization to the new environment.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Can you tell us about a particularly challenging project you managed? What were the obstacles, and how did you overcome them? Describe your project management process. How do you initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close a project? How do you set priorities for your team when managing multiple projects? What project management tools and software are you familiar with, and how do you use them to stay organized? Can you provide an example of a project that did not meet its goals? Why did it fail, and what did you learn from the experience? How do you handle changes to the project scope, and what is your approach to scope creep? Describe a time when you had to manage a team with conflicting viewpoints or interests. How did you ensure the project remained on track? What metrics do you typically use to measure and track project performance?
