Location: Jurong
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Contract Duration: A period of 6 months (Expected to be between 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2026)
Salary : UP$3,750 (excludes CPF and agency fees)

Ideal candidate to support investigation branches with administrative and operational tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare documents and letters as requested by officers
• File, duplicate, and process case and court documents
• Proofread documents and transcripts for accuracy
• Handle case-related enquiries from members of the general public
• Schedule appointments between members of the public and police officers
• Handle administrative processing of case exhibits
Support general admin tasks (Plan and coordinate unit-level events, track and compile KPIs etc.)

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Successful candidate requires clearance checks due to the nature of the work
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and information handled during work
• Relevant legal administration or law enforcement experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Able to understand basic legal documents
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
