We are seeking a Network Engineer to manage and optimize end-to-end network operations across the full lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring network reliability, performance, and security while driving continuous improvement of the network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and hands-on experience in network operations, architecture, and performance optimization.
Your Missions
Manage and support the full end-to-end network lifecycle, including design, deployment, operation, maintenance, and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and secure network solutions
Evaluate current network architecture and recommend improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve network-related incidents in a timely manner
Implement and maintain appropriate network security measures, protocols, and best practices
Continuously review and optimize network infrastructure to improve availability, scalability, and operational efficiency
Proactively identify potential network risks and implement mitigation measures
Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and change records
Stay up to date with emerging networking technologies and recommend suitable solutions for implementation
Work closely with teams such as DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure to ensure seamless integration of network services
Communicate project updates, planned network changes, and technical issues clearly to relevant stakeholders
Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for network-related issues when required
Ensure all network activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards and regulations
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in network operations and infrastructure management
Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, VPN, and firewall technologies
Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Knowledge of network security principles and implementation
Familiarity with modern network architectures and cloud networking is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with network automation or scripting
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
