Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation is required.
A minimum of 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience is also necessary.
Proficiency in quality improvement tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment, with a proven ability to achieve results through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies and tools.
Strategic thinker capable of planning 12 to 24 months ahead, with strong client orientation and interpersonal skills.
