I love the autonomy working with Rimkus. There is a bread and depth of knowledge base to learn from. You will become a better well-rounded engineer that can see and understand the dynamics and building science of an entire building.
Cons
Potential con -- you will be on-site/ in the field a fair amount. You will get sweaty and dirty and have to interact with people. However, I really enjoy this part of the role.
It was a three-stage interview process. I had an initial chat with the Talent Acquisition Manager, then a District Manager and lastly, with the Practice Leader and Regional Manager. It was a pretty smooth process throughout the stages of interview.
