A lot of autonomy, set your own schedule, work from home, great people, fantastic local manager.
Cons
Rimkus continues to grow and acquire other companies, but seems to be losing focus on the individuals that have helped the company achieve its success. The company seems to be taking advice from investors and not really listening to the employees. Local managers' hands are tied by upper management, and people are becoming numbers (to upper management) rather than individual contributors.
