Pay is low in relation to the cost of living at Gaithersburg, MD but while out west in Idaho money was sufficient.

~1 hour video call. 15 minute interview, 25 minute mock class, 10 minutes of feedback. They provide the class in advanced. They expect a decent background, good internet, lighting, and props. They send lots of resources beforehand. Youtube was very helpful.
