It is a three-stage process. A normal phone call to assess the eligibility for the role, then an online first round interview, and if successful, a final stage interview. If it's software development, then there might me be a coding challenge involved.InterviewI was asked about my projects, my work experiences. A little bit of technical questions from my resume. Basic concepts of "C" programming were also asked.
