Description Nature separates maple leaves from sandy beaches, but CanJet Airlines brings them together. The carrier offers chartered passenger service between eastern Canada and about 10 warm-weather, tourist destinations in the US and the Caribbean. CanJet Airlines operates about 10 Boeing 737-800s configured to seat about 190 passengers; in addition, the company offers access to smaller aircraft through an alliance with sister company Execaire. CanJet provided scheduled passenger service before shifting its focus to charters in 2006. The company is a unit of Canadian holding company I.M.P. Group International, which also has interests in aerospace and health care businesses.
