Tidelands Health, located on the northeast coast of South Carolina, is our region’s largest health care provider and MUSC Health affiliate, serving the Carolinas at four hospitals and more than 60 outpatient locations. More than 2,500 employee, physician and volunteer partners are working side by side with our communities to transform the health of our region – promoting wellness, preventing illness, encouraging recovery and restoring health. Tidelands Health operates Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital, with more than 170 beds and 24-hour emergency services, critical care, labor and delivery and inpatient and outpatient surgery. Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital, an acute-care hospital with more than 130 beds, features an ICU, cardiac and surgical services and emergency services.
