Equipment given new life by Intechra is sold through domestic and international resellers. When customers want their computers, servers, and other equipment trashed, Intechra ensures destruction of proprietary data. Intechra operates outlets nationwide. The company currently processes about 100 million pounds of electronics annually. Arrow Electronics, an upstate New York-based electronics distributor, acquired Intechra in 2010 from private equity firm Environmental Capital Partners.
