Lucror Analytics was established in 2010 in Singapore, at a time when the global credits markets – and high yield in particular – were experiencing a transformational change. In the aftermath of the financial crisis, a multitude of factors converged to drive a plethora of high yield corporates to the capital markets, either for refinancing or for the first time to diversify their sources of funding. This paradigm shift came at a time when the institutional investor community was re-engineering its investment and risk management practices.
