Thanks to NJM's Tuition Assistance Program, Kayla completed her associate’s degree in Criminal Justice in May, 2025 and has decided to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Law & Legal Studies! She recently transferred from the Personal Lines department to General Claims where she now uses the analytical and problem-solving skills learned while earning her associates degree to investigate claims as a Property Damage Adjuster. She is currently attending Rowan University where she is on track to complete her bachelor’s degree in 2027. You can apply to join the NJM team at njm.com/careers....Show more
