Description Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer a blend of mainstream academic curriculum leading to PSLE and GCE N and O level examinations and life readiness skills for students on the autism spectrum.
It caters to students aged 7 to 18 years old who are cognitively able to access mainstream academic curriculum in a structured, small group learning setting. The school was established by Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) at the invitation of the Ministry of Education (MOE). It started operations in January 2004 with just 41 students. Today, it has more than 1,700 students and is one of the fastest growing and progressive special schools in Singapore.
