Even movie theaters in China offer bright yellow nachos, thanks to Ricos Products. Originator of concession nachos, the company also supplies condensed and ready-to-serve cheese sauces, jalapeno peppers, bulk tortilla chips, and salsas. Other products include flavored popcorn and sno-ball syrup; Ricos Products also distributes dispensing equipment. In addition to food concession operators, the company sells to retail outlets, club stores, video rental businesses, and convenience stores in more than 40 countries. CEO Frank Liberto started the business in 1977.
