Roly Poly Franchise Systems operates a chain of more than 120 franchised quick-service restaurants in more than 20 mostly Eastern states that specialize in rolled tortilla sandwiches. The menu includes wraps filled with chicken, steak, ham, or seafood; the chain also offers vegetarian options. The outlets also serve soups, salads, and sides. In addition, many Roly Poly locations provide catering services. Company president Linda Wolf and VP Julie Reid opened the first Roly Poly in 1996 and began franchising the concept the following year.
