Spectrum K12 School Solutions develops education software and provides a variety of technical and professional services to school districts, with an emphasis on serving special education, at-risk, Section 504, and Limited English Proficient (LEP) students. The company's Web-based EXCEED software suite is called a Student Achievement Management system, and is used to manage student data, monitor individual educational progress, and compile reports, among other administrative functions. Spectrum was acquired by Scantron in July 2010.
