Their training is a joke. It is 2 hours of youtube videos and then someone nervously speeding through a vague explanation of often times outdated protocol. The resources they provide for you to leanAdvice to Management
Invest the time and money to properly train your employees. If I had to describe the current culture in one word I would say "dystopian"
