TriActive's goal is to help your support staff be much more active. The company offers Web-based software that allows companies to automate their information technology (IT) help desk functions, perform remote diagnostic studies on PCs, and manage hardware and software assets. Clients have included Active Power, Cookson Electronics, The Dallas Morning News, the Fort Worth Transit Authority, Getty Images, Hugh Chatham Hospital, Perkins & Will, and Trammell Crow. TriActive was established in 1998 and was acquired by Versata in 2010.
