VICOR takes care of the cash collector. Founded in 1989, VICOR provides payment processing and receivables information software designed to help lockbox processors in corporations and financial institutions manage their accounts receivables. The company's flagship product is its Receivables Information Delivery System (RIDS), which processes lockbox and remittance items. The system includes tools for retail lockbox processing, publishing presentations, and automatic and remote entry of invoice and remittance information. VICOR also offers implementation and field maintenance services to its clients. VICOR was acquired by Metavante in September 2006.
