Reciting Viking sagas requires good memory, and this Viking has memory to spare. Viking Modular Solutions (formerly Viking InterWorks) designs and builds memory and flash modules for PCs and other products that optimize the performance of its customers' applications. The company supplies OEMs in the computer server, data storage, embedded electronics, and telecom markets. In addition to memory modules, Viking supplies processor modules, with digital signal processors or microprocessors, and its "Office-in-a-Box" module with a Mindspeed Technologies processor. A division of Sanmina-SCI, Viking Modular Solutions took its present form and name when Viking InterWorks merged with that company in 2008.
